The lab portion of PHRE 1041 focuses on:

  • Basic exercise screening
  • Methods of quantifying exercise intensity
  • Body weight training for fundamental movement patterns: pushing, pulling, squatting, lunging, hinging, gait and core training (stabilization, rotation, flexion, extension)
