The lab portion of PHRE 1041 focuses on:
- Basic exercise screening
- Methods of quantifying exercise intensity
- Body weight training for fundamental movement patterns: pushing, pulling, squatting, lunging, hinging, gait and core training (stabilization, rotation, flexion, extension)
