Overview

The lab portion of PHRE 1052 focuses on:

  • understanding the role of instability training.
  • how to safely prescribe and coach various functional exercises.
  • exploring the proper use of foam rolling and dynamic warm-ups.
  • comparing and contrasting advanced cardiovascular exercises (intervals and threshold training).
  • experiencing circuit training and determining which client(s) may benefit from its prescription.

Target Population: 18 – 65 year old, healthy adults
