Overview
The lab portion of PHRE 1052 focuses on:
- understanding the role of instability training.
- how to safely prescribe and coach various functional exercises.
- exploring the proper use of foam rolling and dynamic warm-ups.
- comparing and contrasting advanced cardiovascular exercises (intervals and threshold training).
- experiencing circuit training and determining which client(s) may benefit from its prescription.
Target Population: 18 – 65 year old, healthy adults
