This course focuses on learning various assessment tools and strategies for establishing:
- cardiovascular health
- body composition
- muscle strength, power and endurance
Target Population: 18-50 year old, healthy adults

Starting September 19th, you will need to sign-up and complete at least 2 classes this term:
- 1 x yoga class
- 1 x conditioning class (i.e Glutes, Guts, Guns; Total Body Conditioning, Spin)
After competing your class, please ask your class instructor to sign-off on your participation.
