Description:

Side plank position.  Engaged core.  90 degree angles of shoulder and elbow.  Chair or bench height so body remains horizontal.  Start with lower leg on ground to reduce load on hip adductors.  Progress to lifting lower leg so that upper hip adductors are fully engaged.
