  • Straps mid to long length, facing away from anchor
  • Extend arms in front of shoulders, palms down, chose appropriate foot stance (staggered stance is more stable)
  • Keep elbows up and stationary, lower body down until thumbs are next to temples
  • Drive through palms, extend arms, maintain plank
