I've logged in and can't see anything
You may need to refresh the page. On a computer, try hitting the F5 key. In a mobile browser, use the refresh button or pull down on your screen.
My data isn't saving
Sometimes it takes a┬áminute or two for the values in the database to populate on the summary screen. If you’ve made a submission and it went through correctly, try refreshing your screen to see if your data now shows.
My upload is timing out
If you are getting a ‘timeout’ error, it’s likely because the image or file you are trying to upload is too large. Please re-save it into a smaller file size.
I've lost my password
Go to the login screen. You should see an option for requesting a password there. Your username will be your Fanshawe Online username.
