Description: |
- Start either prone with forehead supported, seated, or standing.
- Initiate movement by contracting rhomboids and middle trapezius and brining scapulae together.
- Resist the tendency to shrug and over recruit your upper trapezius.
- Avoid excessive back extension. Movement should come from scapulae and arms only.
- Go through maximum allowable (pain free) range.
