Description: |
- Lying supine with straight arm overhead and KB in hand.
- Thrust upwards by pushing KB to sky, engaging sit-up muscles and sliding lower arm underneath you until you are on your elbow.
- Pushing from elbow thrust your hips upwards until fully seated upright and now you are on your hand.
- Drive leg opposite to DB arm underneath you and thrust upwards yet again until you are in a 1/2 kneeling lunge position.
- Stand up out of the lunge to complete the movement.
- Return by completing steps in reverse order.
- Movement should be fluid. The KB and arm should remain vertical and in approximately the same position through out the movement (i.e. minimal med/lat/ant/post tracking by engaging shoulder stabilizers).
