Description: |
- Lying supine allow bent knees to fall to one side.
- Keep shoulders flat on floor.
- Either move bent knees back and forth (wiper) and keep upper body fixed OR
- Move arms back and forth (wiper) and keep lower body fixed to one side. Remember to complete both sides.
- Movement should be pain free and promote mobility of the thoracic spine region.
