- With or without shoes stand upright on both or a single leg
- Allow a slight knee bend. Try to maintain a neutral foot/ankle/knee/hip posture/alignment
- Regress to floor
- Progress to ball toss or high to low target touch
- This exercise focuses on balance and motor control of the lower extremities
