Description: |
- Standing upright place the palm of your hand (not fingers) over your central abdomen.
- Apply isometric pressure by trying to push your palm into your abdomen.
- Maintain an upright head and shoulder posture. Do not round the shoulder of the active arm.
- Do not allow the elbow to come inwards towards the body. Do not allow the wrist to flex.
- Hold for 5-15 seconds. Progress by adding band resistance.
