Description: |
Set-Up:
- Assist client into the pushup position, only put their forearms on the ground instead of their hands.
- Have client squeeze their glutes and tighten their abdominals.
- Keep a neutral neck and spine.
- Create a straight, strong line from head to toes
- Hold that position and record length of time before client loses posture
Scoring:
Excellent: > 60 sec
Good: 30 – 60 sec
Needs Improvement: 15 – 30 sec
Poor: 0 – 15 sec
