Monday 6:30 – 7:30 AM: “The Athlete Advantage”
This class is designed to bring out your inner athlete. From improving your power through an introduction to Olympic weight lifting, combined with the metabolic boost of whole body conditioning, this class will help you lose body fat, while also training your body to move more explosively.
- Snatch progressions (dumbbell and barbell)
- Clean progressions (dumbbell and barbell)
- Full body conditioning (i.e. kettlebells, battle rope)
Thursday 6:30 – 7:30 AM: “Stronger, Fitter, Faster”
This hour is dedicated to helping you master any fitness test that gets thrown your way. A mix of lower body strength work (squats, deadlifts, lunges), mixed with high-intensity circuit training to enhance your aerobic base, this class will maximize your conditioning in the shortest time possible.
- Dead lifts
- High-intensity circuits (i.e. high intensity interval cardio, body weight circuits)
