This course focuses on learning how to safely increase load in various exercises targeting the basic human movement patterns. In particular, students will learn the: front squat, deadlift, bench press, shoulder press, chin-up, seated row and kettlebell swing.

Description: | In a staggered stance. Posteriorly tilt the pelvis and lunge forward until you feel a stretch in the hip flexors of the back leg. There should be no pain or discomfort within the hip of lower back. Bending the back knee (or the leg being stretched) will include the rectus femoris muscle. | ||
