PHRE 3044 – Special Populations

This course focuses on adaptive exercise techniques for a variety of populations (i.e. children, pregnancy, older adults, disabilities, and chronic disease). Students will learn how to modify exercises and/or equipment to effectively and safely accommodate these groups.

Description:
  1. Drop down on your hands and knees and place one hand at the back of your head.
  2. Rotate your upper body to the side with the elevated arm, twisting your chest to face that direction before returning back to the starting position.
