PHRE 5003 – High Performance Training for Sport

This course focuses on training strategies and tools appropriate for athletic populations. In particular, students will learn: 1-RM strength testing, Wingate protocols, Tabata training, snatch progressions, clean progressions, plyometrics.

Description:
  1. Stand in an upright position with your feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Step laterally and sit back into your hip while you extend your opposite leg.
  3. Push back to your starting position.
