Next Level Sports:  Program Lead Assistant – Volunteer Position

This position supports high school students on a drop-in basis in the fitness room and in an open gym space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise youth attending the program
• Work with youth to identify goals, create channels of accountability, and ensure that participants feel supported
• Ensure proper use of equipment
• Assist with general cleanliness of program area
• Assist with equipment safety
• Assist with program recruitment and promotion

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications/experience:

• Vulnerable Sector Police clearance issued by local police station
• Experience playing or coaching sports/working out
• Proof of double vaccination for COVID-19 required
• First Aid & C.P.R.-C certification an asset
