Description: |
- Either start in standing (or lying supine as a progression).
- Translate the head from a slightly forward posture to a slightly posterior posture.
- You should feel fatigue under your ears in your deep neck flexors. Make sure not to tense up the SCM.
- Don’t overdo the movement. This is a subtle movement.
- When done correctly you will give yourself a double chin.
