Description: |
- Assume a split squat (static lunge) position.
- Place DB or KB in single arm/hand opposite to forward leg.
- Either press at top or at bottom of lunge.
- Make to engage core and control position / balance throughout movement.
- Maintain a neutral pelvis, neutral foot/ankle/knee postures and control weight with shoulder stabilizers.
